All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any concerns about your order, please email goodsbysarahharvey@gmail.com and I'll assist as I'm able.

Please note that each piece is handmade, and slight variations in color, texture, and form from the images shown online should be expected. These natural variations are part of the character of handcrafted work, and no two pieces are entirely alike.

We kindly ask that you inspect your order promptly upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please reach out to us within 72 hours of the delivery date so that we can review.
